This page introduces how to submit a ticket in Agora Console.
Follow these steps:
Log in to Agora Console.
Click Support in the top navigation menu.
You can perform the following actions:
- Type in your question or keywords to search for relevant documentation.
- Select Submit Ticket to Agora's customer support, if you cannot find your answer in the documentation.
- Track the status of your ticket.
