Submit a Ticket

This page introduces how to submit a ticket in Agora Console.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Agora Console.

  2. Click Support in the top navigation menu.

  3. You can perform the following actions:

    • Type in your question or keywords to search for relevant documentation.
    • Select Submit Ticket to Agora's customer support, if you cannot find your answer in the documentation.
    • Track the status of your ticket.
